We understand that not everyone lives in Florida. However, attending the Summit is worth traveling for. We picked a hotel which is 5 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale airport to make travel as easy as possible.

The Refund & Cancellation Policy is as follows:
Cancellation requests received 90 days or more from the event start date are 100% refundable. Cancellation requests received less than 90 days but more than 30 days from the event start date are 50% refundable. No refunds will be given less than 30 days from the event start date but registration can be transferred. No credit for future events will be offered. Cancellation requests can be submitted to [email protected].
The bus tour is a unique, three-hour Q&A session hosted by Beth as you’re driven through her portfolio of properties. Along the way, she shares candid insights—the highs, the lows, the “uh-ohs” and the “aha” moments—offering a transparent look at each investment. You’ll receive a detailed deal sheet outlining each acquisition and how it’s performed since purchase. The tour also includes stops or drive-bys of other asset classes where Beth has invested as a limited partner, often featuring commentary from the general partners involved. Beth pulls back the curtain fully, providing unfiltered, real-world information you won’t get anywhere else. But don’t take our word for it! “If you do the bus tour, I do not recommend having a same day flight out, unless it is a late evening flight out. I missed the end nuggets that I truly believe were meant for me. To see what Natasha(and partners) are doing stirred my heart.
